to turn the podcasts in iTunes to mp-3?

Does anybody know how to turn the bbc-podcasts in iTunes to mp-3? I want to listen it on iPod! How can I do it? HELP!!!

I don't know how the 'beeb is doing their podcasts (or why they wouldn't play on iPod), but try this:

Right-click on podcast episode.
Select "Convert Selection to MP3" (or whatever you import in).
Wait.
