I have an early macbook pro retina 13. The new OS has been out for some time now. How is the new one working out with the early 2015 models. Is it worth the time and effort? So far I have not faced any hiccups and bumps with my current OS so. The question is should i or should i not?

Sierra works fine for me. I am not sure what you mean about time and effort. Just go up to the store and download it. It will load and reboot. Asks you a couple of question and takes about 30 minutes.
