To Whom It may concern to SMC fan users

ok today i had smc fan control running on tiger. however just after installing leopard and doing a complete erase and install, and not installing smc fan control again, the fan was going at 6200 rpm!

i was in total shock! after reinstalling smcfancontrol, it works at 1800 rpm now... anyone have any clues?

is this me or my computer?

btw macbook 2.16 ghz 2gb ram

Your computer. It was probably indexing or something silly and similar.

another question

when i was in tiger the time an date was ALWAYS wrong no matter what...

but now the time in my leopard is wrong even though i select automaticlly retrieve time setting

it won't work! it won't even update itself!

help me!
