Toast 11 DVD Won't Play on PS3

Anyone have any experience with this? I burned a DVD but when I try to play it in a PS3 I get the message: This Video Cannot be Played. (80029946)

I looked up the message and it says:

80029946 - Attempting to play burnt Dual layer NTSC disc on a Pal ps3
(workarouns is to transfer files to ps3 via TVersity)
(added 24th Sept 2007)

However the DVD is not a Dual Layer and the PS3 is not Pal.

Anyone have a clue? I have updated my PS3 to the latest update.
