I have a couple of problems that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

(My OS is 10.3.6)

Problem 1: After burning a Quark 6.1 document to a CD using Roxio Toast 6.0.7, the document is rendered useless. The CD shows a blank icon and the document (on the CD) cannot be opened by any program. The problem is solved by saving the Quark 6.1 as a Quark 5, but I don't want to have to do that.

Problem 2: Although I can access all my fonts in every other program, I can only access HALF of them in my Photoshop CS.

Thanks.

Problem 1:
Check your CD burning settings in Toast, it may just need a Mac-only formatted CD, not PC/Mac or ISO. Also, see what happens if you add the .qxp suffix to the file if it's a print project.

Problem 2:
How are you managing those fonts? Suitcase, FontBook or FontReserve etc?
Is there anything those misbehaving fonts have in common (e.g. from the same source or the same type) check permissions on those fonts too. Sometimes, activating a font in Suitcase needs a Pshop restart for the font to show up.
