Toast 6 Titanium burning .cue and .bin how?

Ok so I have toast 6 titanium and I have a .bin file with a .cue How do I burn this onto a normal cd-r that I can play in a dvd burner?

The easiest way is just right click or ctr click on the .cue file that you want to burn and open with Toast.

or

Open Toast, Copy and in the advance tab click on Bin/Cue file and click on Select.

Then Burn
