Toast 7 Titanium aspect ratio

I have 9 QT movies(Apple Intermediate Codec) that I am trying to burn to a single dvd in toast but it keeps burning it in widescreen instead of standard definition. The videos are all 640x480 and I select the 4:3 aspect ratio in the dvd options(other options are Automatic and 16:9, I have tried both and both give the same results as 4:3). Any ideas?

Thanks for the help everyone I figured out the problem was that I was using the Apple Intermediate Codec. I switched to MPEG4 and though it is a little lower quality, I burned the dvd with the right aspect ratio.
