Toast 8 titanium skipping

I was wondering if anybody has experience a similar issue to this....I've burned several music dvd's on toast of material which was recorded at 24/96 pcm and have made some nice sounding discs. The burning always go fine and they play well but they tend to skip from track to track for some reason sometimes or sometimes repeat after a track is over. Has anybody else experience this and found a solution?
