toast and popcorn both refuse to copy dvd.

hi guys

yes, im a noob. recently started on mac and have been using virtualhub and toast/popcorn to burn .avi files into dvd and to copy dvds repectively.
everything was going smooth for the first few days but now everytime i place a dvd burned in vrtualhub in to either toast titanium 9.02 or popcorn , it stops burning (the first burn) with 1 min 25. left. everytime. without fail.

please if anyone has any idea, youd be in my thoughts forever
as its costing me a fortune in dvds!!!!
