Hi guys...im a bit of a newbie when it comes to toast and the burning game but i have a few questions that i cant seem to find answers too...
first of all i bought a dvd some time ago, let a friend borrow it...he returned it damaged and it wouldnt work...a bit of a pain...so i decided to look up how to replicate my dvds...
ive been told the best way to do it is to rip the dvd using MTR.3 and then convert to a dvd via toast...currently i have toast 6.
Now i have followed every instruction there is to get the dvd to work and yes the dvd plays in my player, however it comes up with what seems to be a generic toast menu and not the menu that the dvd holds...i cant get a menu for scene selection, extra credits etc...but i get a menu that allows me to play the movie...its not the same though...
i have worked out how to duplicate the actual movie but what i want is an exact replica basically...
Does anyone else have this problem or have experienced it?? is it a matter that i do not have an updated version of toast???
I would really like to know as i have a housemate that boasts that his PC is superior to my Mac...i dearly want to prove him wrong...
any help on this would be greatly appreciated...
