My Toast Titanium 8 has started crashing every time I open it. It will stay running for about a second before crashing.

It's been happening before I installed 10.4.11 and persists after I installed it. I don't yet have Leopard.

Also, I tried updating it with the 8.0.3 patch, but it crashes as soon as the patch finishes updating. Upon reopening, it acts like the patch has never been installed.

Forget the patch - i just want it up and running.

There's a patch? The only way I've ever updated Toast is by downloading the update, which is basically just the whole Toast suite, and binning the old Toast folder in Applications. Have you tried that?

yeah several times.

sorry "patch"... "update" whatever, lol.

i've tried trashing the old one... putting in the new updated one. whatever i do it still crashes. it's odd cuz it was working fine for a few months (since i got it).

and i have restarted the computer since it crashed - in case anyone was gonna suggest that
