Toast Titanium burning Verbatim 8x +RW at 3x Problem.

Hey,

Pretty much what the title says, i'm using high quality Verbatim +RW 8x certified disks and just like any 4x disk i have tried they burn at 3x, anyone know what the problem could be ?
