Toast Titanium Help-How to Resize a Disk Image

Hi!
Sorry for this but I am a bit new. I have a game on my Mac -10.5.8 and it needs to be mounted so I went on to Toast Titanium and Saved it as a Disk Image and mounted it. I went into the virtual disk and loaded the game. It then said that the game needed at least 250 MB of space for it to play so the virtual disk was the same size as the game.
Please help! I really want this to work.
