Design & development group ‘early-humans’ have released their first App titled ‘Today’s Beer’—Available now for your iPhone and iPad. This Beer App presents users with one unique craft beer per day from around the world, while giving the user full control to rotate the bottle a complete 360 degrees. Other App features include complete beer profiles with links to breweries, twitter integration for comments, a seven day beer history, and a ‘Pint view’ that showcases the color of each beer.

Interesting, looks like the US has actual beer now instead of the watery yellow stuff, congratulations :D

What's a craft beer though, and why limit the app to just that?

Design & Photography Define this Craft Beer App.

Craft Beer isn't really well defined but its beer made by a brewer that is small, independent, and traditional. We are trying to stay away from "mega-breweries" but you might see one of their beers if the bottle and beer is unique enough.

Ok, thanks. We don't have that term here - there's "real ale" for traditional style beers, but otherwise it's just called what it is.

Also, I bought some beer at the supermarket over the weekend (Thwaites' Champion Mild - great tasting, not too strong, great for when I want a beer while working in the evening). Took a good look around the speciality/foreign beer section, and what did I see? An american ale! First one i've ever seen here :)
