I want to essentially use the Apple Mail, iCal etc to work like MS Entourage. With integrated mail, todo, calendar, projects and if it could include a "My Day" and "Reminder" functionality like Entourage (or better) that would be ideal. I also want to use this seamlessly with my iPhone.

I have Entourage but it crashes several times a day and I also have "Missing Sync for iPhone but there is not a unified solution for me to use my workstation and iPhone for Todo lists, mail etc that I am happy with. Missing Sync is the best option I've come up with. The ToDo / Task lists are what I use most but having things connected via categories and projects can be very useful. I'd also like to move away from MS Office completely to the extent that is possible. Keynote is already better than PPT as far as I'm concerned and Pages is everything I need for WP. I love Numbers graphically and ease of use but I think it has a long way to go to be as useful as Excel.. But I digress

I looked at Daylite which is essentially what I'd like but it is way out of my price range and I just need project management for myself not for sharing with others. Although that would be nice too. Is there any reasonably priced options for what I want that us mere mortals could afford? I work for a non-profit and I've paid for all of my own equipment and software. This year has been brutal though financially.
