Hi,

I'm new to coding/programming and started learning Ruby. Last week, I installed Brackets, Atom and Sublime Text. The Toggle Line Comment, ie. CMD-/ was working perfectly fine.

Unfortunately, two days ago, the CMD-/ stopped working for all of them. When I mean stopped working, I mean pressing CMD-/ doesn't do anything. Keybindings for toggle line comment for all three text editors are the same. I can even see the Edit menu bar being highlighted when I hit CMD-/, but nothing changes for my text, ie. the # does not appear at all.

The strange thing is for web based text editors like repl.it, CMD-/ works just fine. It seems like only installed text editors on my MacBook is affected. I'm running the latest MacOS on MacBook Air 2011 with all the updates installed and using the latest versions of text editors.

I wonder if anyone have a clue what may be the problem and offer a solution? Many thanks in advance! :)
