Toggle "Require Password to Wake" via menu bar?

Anyone know of a utility that will put a little icon in the menu bar that allows you to toggle the security "Require password when waking from sleep" setting without having to open System Preference?

No, but why would you want to? It's always a good idea to have a password set, for privacy and security.
