I am loving my Navigon app on my iPhone. Does the Tom Tom cradle for iPod Touch work with Navigon?

I'm pretty sure you have to jailbreak and get an app that makes the cradle compatible with Navigon. I recall seeing an app that lets you choose which GPS signal to use, don't remember the name, sorry, gotta be in cydia somewhere
