tomato torrent not working

Hello,

my tomato torrent has worked just fine for the last couple of years.
a week ago it suddenly stopped working, i've re downloaded it. Also I asked my roommate (who I get internet from) if he changed his internet settings or bandwidth load, and he hasnt done anything with it. Is there something I can do on my end to get this to start working again?
