TomTom restore purchase issue

I had TomTom on my 3G and it was very slow but I used it. I bought the traffic package and it was okay but I paid for it so I want it. When I upgraded my phone yesterday I tried to restore my purchase of the traffic and it kept giving me bad password issue. I found this link.

I can't restore traffic on my iPhone 4 either. I set it up as a new phone after upgrading to iOS5. Pretty annoying especially considering how much time TomTom had to prepare for the release.
