Hi Everyone

I will try and explain my issue as best as I can.

I have a TomTom One IQ Routes Edition SatNav, and am running Snow Leopard 10.6.7

For some reason whenever I try to sync my device with my MacBook I get an error message and asking me to report the error to TomTom. It always crashes when syncing new content to my device.

I have spoken to TomTom Tech support a few months back who went through various steps of deleting all the program files from my Mac and reinstalling, then wiping the device clean etc.

The CS rep then said it was a known bug within TomTom but it was to do with the Snow Leopard OS and that it was down to Apple to fix.

It's been months and they still havent fixed it, and I can't keep having to go to a friends to sync my device when there is a map update etc.

Has anyone found a work around, and can someone remind of the bug reporting process for apple please :) Any help is greatly appreciated and sorry for the long thread
