Hi, I bought a TomTom Go 910 and it was working fine with my MacBook Pro. Now I find that it no longer mounts on the desktop when I plug it in. It doesn't even appear in Disk Utility.

If I plug it into my PPC iMac (10.4.9), it's fine again.

I think it occurred after installing OS X 10.4.9 on the MacBook Pro, but can't be certain.

Any ideas what to do??

Thanks.

MeToo w/ TomTom GO 510

I have a MacBook CoreDuo 2GHz w/10.4.9 and brand new TomTom GO 510. The TomTom won't mount on the MacBook, but works fine on an iBook G4. I filed a bug report with apple. You may want to keep your eye on this thread from the apple support forums: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=890339

I started to do a little debugging, but I'm short on time and brain cells right now.

In System Profiler, the tomtom shows on the USB bus.
In USB Prober, it shows in the IORegistry but not on the Bus Probe.
In IORegistryExplorer, it shows as not matched. I suspect this is the problem, but I don't really know what I'm talking about.
