Hi everyone,
I'm a building manager- we operate a GSM intercom system that uses a sim card to call users on the Vodafone (NZ) 3G network. I know 3G is old and we are thankful Vodafone continue to support it as its the only way the intercom can function...
Once the resident answers (usually on their smartphone device these days) they can push the # key on their device to remotely unlock the main door and their visitor/courier etc can enter the building...
This has been working well for many years until about one month ago - we now have three reports from iPhone users that the # key no longer unlocks the main door (one of the model numbers is NTAG2LL/A)... there has been no problem with Android devices...
Any ideas??
