If you mean ringtones, the phone comes with numerous ones, and you can add as many as you like through itunes. If you mean text tones, there are a few choices, but unfortunately you can't add your own.

Most phones allow for much variety in ringtones (non songs) and sounds for various notifications. ALL I'M ASKING IS WHY NO VARIETY OR AN ABILITY TO ADD TONES ?? I had a app on jailbreak called tonefx which lowedfor this. Why aren't there apps on apple that give the option??? That's all I'm asking and yes I know what choices I have on my iPhone as this is my third model.
