iOS Too Far-Fetched?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about ideas for applications while learning O-C 2.0. I was thinking about making a drum application. I know there are tons already. But I wanted to make one with features other apps didn't. Like you can upload your beats, then others could play them back and rate them. Two questions: 1) Too farfetched? 2) If not, how would I do the upload thing. What would I need?
