It makes sense. They're only the developer's copies after all. They've got a little more time before they implement any sort of mechanism to make sure the retail versions don't also run on regular PCs.

Just so you know that's a fake made by the group that calls themselves GNAA and boots up to a picture of [shock site name removed]. The torrent was removed from [pirated software site name removed] and mininova as of this morning.

It's the developers copy. No updates, no support, no x86 software to run. It hasn't been confirmed yet. I'm sure the final version will have a DRM.
