too many refunds... blacklist?

hi!
i bought 3 ipad 2 with severe backlight bleeding from the apple online store here in italy.

i always got a refund with the 14 day return policy. (the ipads were sent back to netherland logistic)

now i tried my 4th

do you think or do you know if apple store online blacklist users for too many refunds? may i risk?

If it is faulty you have the right to a remedy. If there are too many refunds/exchanges Apple may pay close attention to make sure you aren't messing them around, but they can't refuse to address the problem if one exists.

I purchased and returned 4 MacBook Pros within a month. If they we're annoyed, they never let me know.
