Too much other data

I remember my other data being about 200-300 mb (i have an 8 gig iphone 4) now it's taking up 1.24 gigs. I deleted safari information and chrome information and it's at 1.19 gigs. I sync and it goes up to 1.2. I uncheck resync and it goes up to 1.21 gigs and then 1.23 gigs.
