I exchanged my Verizon unlimited data and iPad with a friend's AT&T unlimited data and iPad. AT&T service wasn't working for him and I didn't mind saving an extra $30 a month since AT&T's unlimited data was cheaper.
He logged onto his AT&T iPad and I changed to my email and password. This was on Saturday. The next day, he received an email confirming the email change and an email as to what the new password (my password) was.
Luckily he is a good friend and forwarded the email to me. I don't have any problems with this swap. If I had bought this data plan from somebody I didn't know, this person would have received my new log in and password.
