Since I just landed the big career job, being a network tech for the US NAVY and Marine Corps, I thought it is a good idea to buy a good tool kit and voltmeter. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good tool kit and voltmeter? I do not care so much about the price, I want pretty good quality. Any help would be appreciated.

Fluke makes really good meters. As for a tool kit, I can't recommend a specific one, I prefer to sort of buy tools one at a time and create my own "tool kits".
