Hi, I have recently just brought a new Macbook pro and was looking on Youtube at a few videos and noticed that alot of people have got alot of addin's in the top bar on the home screen.

Does any one know how they gets these and were is the best place to look for these.

Are you referring to the Menu Bar at the top of the Mac screen? If so, what are you wanting to add? If not, are you referring to something on the YouTube site?
