Top iPhone Applications (in terms of design, UI, usability, etc.)

Hey Guys,

I'm working on a project looking at competitor's current application offerings for their companies. The apps I have seen so far has been pretty weak. We want to design a top-of-the-line mobile application and therefore would like to draw tips from those who do it the best. In your experience, what have been the best iPhone apps.. in terms of video embedding, search, menu, user interface, design, simplicity, etc.

Please just tell me what you find particularly attractive and easy-to-use on your respective app. We want to collect the best elements from apps to infuse into ours.

Awesome, its always good to see someone wanted to do something great. First question, is this going to be a cydia app or an itunes app store app. If its for the itunes store, i doubt youll be able to do much in respect to the usabilty of the OS. For example, the simpliest thing as adding 5 icons to the bottom bar can only be done on a jailbroken phone.
