Top of my Bumper is loose?

Got an Apple Bumper a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it! However, the top of the bumper (near the headphone jack) is so loose. When you press it, there is a click sound as the bumper moves down because of the space in between the iPhone and the bumper. I've tried various heat related fixes to try to tighten it up, however I haven't had any success.

Is anybody else experiencing this? Should I go back to Apple and ask for a new one or is this a problem with every bumper and I should just deal?

Boil it in water for a minute or two otherwise let Apple replace it.

I'll have to try this. I guess 3 minutes under a blow dryer wasn't enough. I may just get a new one from Apple if not everybody is experiencing this.
