Top Rated Comments Section Ignores Ignore List

I have a handful of people whom I find annoying on my Ignore List. However the top rated comments section on each article page doesn't seem to respect that. Is it possible to add the functionality to hide all ignored users there too? Thanks.

You can't completely remove all comments by those on your ignore list. For example, if someone quotes them, you'll still see the quoted text.

Simple solution: Do not use the ignore list.
