A couple of weeks ago i switched cases on my iphone now i have noticed that the top right corner of the phone seems to be loose i can push on it like a button, but is this something i should worry about i really don't want to get it replaced due to the hassle's of the process

This happened to me also. I haven't gotten around to getting to my local Apple store to have it swapped out yet.

As long as you don't notice it getting worse. Meaning the display is more flexible it won't hurt anything. But I would get it swapped out at some point.
