Top Row Apps “Top Shelf” Feature Broken?

Is anyone else seeing apps like HBO GO broken under TVOS 12.0.1 in regard to the Top Shelf feature? Netflix and the TV App work, but are slow, while HBO GO simply presents an off center black box.

I hate the Top Shelf I still can't believe you can't hide or hide stock Apple Apps I never use like the TV store.

Are you running TVOS 12.0.1?
If you don't want an app in the Top Shelf, move it down to the bottom, right?

My problem is some apps in the top row, that used to load dynamic content into the Top Shelf, are not populating it. Others are just really slow to load content. HBO GO having an off center black box seems to be the worst offender right now.

For what it is worth my top shelf is working fine in 12.1
