Thanks. Been in touch with apple. Had to restore to see if problem still there. Now to Apple store to exchange for new one.
Do they swap like for like or can i "upgrade" to an iPad2?
1-Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
2-Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Follow the steps to rest your device ,may be solve your problem otherwise go to the apple bussiness center for repairing....!
