iPhone 16e top speaker

I feel like the speaker on the receiver of the iPhone 16e are producing less sound than the speaker on the bottom of the phone. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Normal, I believe.

The earpiece speaker is far weaker than the main one. It’s the same on all iPhones.

It seemed to have a stronger sound when I used the iPhone 13 and 14.

Check the earpiece speaker doesn't have any lint or dust in it - I find it's more prone to getting clogged up than the bottom speaker.

I am using the iPhone 13 and I can assure you that the earphone speaker is quieter than the main speakers.

Perhaps you had dust and lint in your main speaker before which made them appear quieter?
