MP 7,1 Top thunderbolt port no phone charge

One of the top Thunderbolt/USBC ports does not charge the phone or SSD when plugged in.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

I reseated the cover and the port started working - must have been poor contact between the frame and cover.

I have had no problems with iPhone charging from the top usbc ports.
