I have a Rev B Macbook, that's out of warranty, but Apple has agreed to replace the topcase due to the normal cracking that has occurred. What I'm wondering is if I will get the updated keyboard with a dashboard button, itunes controls, etc on the function keys, or if I will be stuck with the older version?

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and knows the result?

I don't have any personal experience with this, but I'd imagine you'll get a keyboard just like your old one. Apple is sure to have plenty of recent (not just new) parts lying around they can use to replace yours.
