This is considered a good bluetooth mouse for a laptop (I'm purchasing one for a Mac Book Pro). Apparently some are too fast, and some are too slow. There's software that's supposed to help with the problem. There is also, with most wireless devices, a bit of lag from them reserving battery life and starting up. Some barely notice it, for others it's quite a problem. :\

But, it's a $10 off coupon and I thought I'd share.

With that rebate (in GBP), it would work out as £15.

Here, the damn things cost almost £30.

Damnit. :(

I wish BT mice were cheaper here

My only complaint about it, which might be big depending on your needs, is that the tracking speed on the mouse is incredibly fast. Even on the lowest tracking speed settings it's so fast it is difficult to control. You can't fine tune it enough. I never experienced that with another mouse.

Having your mouse take up a USB port on your notebook is no-go in my opinion. Bluetooth is there for good reason, use it!

Well yes but since, to the best of my knowledge, there are few BT mice out there and the V270 is small and uncomfortable (to me and some others), I continue to use the UBS mxlaser from Logitech.

I ditched my troublesome BT MM for the V270. It's a great mouse. The batteries last for ages, tracks well, fits in my hand comfortably and I don't have problems with the scroll wheel (unlike that stupid nipple on the MM).

Awesome deal, but I won't touch a mouse that doesn't have back/forward buttons or a tilt wheel that can be programmed for back/forward. I wish Logitech would come out with a BT laptop mouse that has those features

Got both of mine a long time ago off newegg. 35 bucks regular price. no stupid rebates.

batteries last forever and bluetooth rocks for not using a usb port. :)
