Topic : Mail.app not retaining messages in "Sent" mailbox with Exchange 2007 server

We recently upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 at work. Prior to that I was connecting to our webmail server via POP. All incoming mail works perfectly fine.

The issue now is that any E-Mail I send in Mail.app, it doesn't retain that sent message in the "Sent" items folder, but only locally.

For instance:

1) Send an E-Mail on my work computer:
MacPro: Sent Items -> doesn't show up
iPhone: Sent Items -> shows up
Webmail: Sent Items -> shows up

2) Send an E-Mail on my iPhone:
MacPro: Sent Items -> shows up
iPhone: Sent Items -> shows up
Webmail: Sent Items -> shows up

Any ideas?
