Tops of icons chopped off with FolderEnhancer + Iconoclasm

I have Iconoclasm setup in 5x5 mode. Testing out Folder Enhancer and it chops off the tops of the top row of icons and it obscures half the text too. Are these two compatible with each other?

I had the same issue and seem to remember reading that they just didn't play well together.
