Torrent Downloading Issue, just says "Locating Sources"

I have been having some trouble downloading torrent on my Mac Book for the last month or so. I use Mac OS X and uTorrent , I have also tried Transmission too but I just cant seem to get them to download anymore. Im using files with large amount of seeders but it always just seems to says "Locating for Sources". Anyone perhaps have any tips or advice.
