Hi,
I am a huge dylan fan who is interested in downloading some torrents of various legal (none copyright) music.
What is the best mac software for doing this and what all do i require?
Thanks
shawn

Leaving aside your reasons for a bittorrent app - which are personal and should not be discussed here ;) - there are many different torrent apps available for the Mac. I use Azureus 2.5.0.4 Its big and its clunky but it lets you download individual files in a torrent. Others use Transmission and xTorrent.

Best right now is transmission for simple download, Azureus for comprehensive functions.

Soon, the best will be uTorrent.

As an anti-pirating official, most of the criminals i catch use azureus or transmission (transmission being easiest to use, azureus being most complex).

*tell no-one i was here*

I do know of some artists who allow their fans to exchange their bootleg versions of their concerts, though I'm not sure dylan has that policy.

Thanks for the info:D
Could someone please give me a simple rundown on how this works and is there any other software that i will be needing.
shawn
