The giz is reporting on an announcement by Toshiba about an upcoming release of their 512 gb ssd. Forget 256, this is more like it. Of course I'm sure it won't be cheap.

A few CF cards, and 2 SuperTalent drives.

Personally now I have a Samsung SLC. Cost a lot more, but it's fast and reliable.
