Toshiba Camelio range - Mac Compatible?

I'm was planning to buy a Toshiba Camelio HD camcorder.

Does anyone know if the new P30 / H20 cameras are compatible with a Mac. . It states it comes with it's own editing software, but is it limited to this. I can't find any further info.

I use Final Cut Studio on a mac OS X 10.5.6
I want to know if it will recognise the camera/footage.

Also, has anyone used one. Seems like a bargain, so what's the catch?

I don't really know much about camcorders, but this website says under the technical information that the compatible platforms for the Toshiba H20 are windows and mac. I don't know if its right or not .

I've seen that too but have no idea where they got that info. Toshiba don't seem to acknowledge Macs anywhere.
