I thought Hynix was the only MLC manufacturer for i6/6+ from articles and such but turns out Toshiba makes MLC version and TLC. My rMini (2nd gen) is Toshiba MLC also as is a buddy's.
A parent has a 6 with toshiba MLC and I have a 6+ with toshiba TLC.
I've had the thing for nearly 5 weeks or so, and only recently had a respring happen once every couple days as of past week. I think/hope its tweak related but now I'm being paranoid.
I still have holiday return policy until jan 8 since I bought it contract free, but the screen is perfect, and when I tried another to see what NAND it had, the screen was super disgusting yellow and I really don't want to do the swap game anymore after playing that with 6 for various issues
I just really hope nothing hardware related comes up. Seems like respring has happened not long after I picked up on my iokit mistake realizing I read the wrong line and have 3 bits per cell (TLC) instead of 2.
