Hi everyone,
I've been wondering about this for a couple months, here's my question:
Is it possible to connect a Toshiba Tecra A11 or M11 notebook which apparently has a mini-DisplayPort / Apple compatible mini-DisplayPort to a 27" iMac? Has anyone tried this? If so, does the Toshiba Tecra video capabilities limit the maximum resolution on the iMac?
If I could get this setup to work at even 1920x1080 via the iMac, I would be happy. Anyone who has tried this, or is interested in helping me figure this out, it would be great to hear your input.
Please don't ask me why I'm bothering when I could just run Boot Camp or Fusion. I just want to know if this is possible.
Anything is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
