Toshipa HDD password

I used to use my toshipa HDD on windows and it working fine but on mac

it need to instal the passowrd lock log in to activate the hdd i already install it from hdd but still not working

i seek your help

Is this a program that you need to access the information on the hard drive? If that is the case, it's more likely than not that the program is Windows-only and you won't be able to access the data on the drive from your Mac. However, you could always use a PC to take the data off the drive, then reformat it to use in your Mac.
